Scope Of Work
The River Walk development will consist of two new 28 and 32 story mixed-use towers that will enhance the Philadelphia skyline. The project is located at 60 North 23rd Street and 2301 JFK Boulevard on the Schuylkill River across from University City. The two towers will consist of residential space, retail and commercial services, and parking. The towers will have many amenities for residents including a pool, lounge, fitness center, and green roof areas. The towers will also include a residential bridge connecting them. The lead architect for the project is Gensler and it is being developed by PMC Property Group.
EEI is currently on site providing special inspection and testing services during the installation of the drilled shaft (cassions) foundations for the high-rises.
