Scope Of Work
EEI is proud to have contributed to the successful completion of Endo Health Solutions’ new World Headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The facility is 320,000 square foot in size which includes two new 5-story buildings and a 1-story parking deck for 420 cars. The buildings were situated to overlook Quarry Lake providing scenic vistas for the tenants. The project was developed by Trammell Crow Co. at the Atwater Business Park. IMC Construction served as the construction managers. The project was fast tracked and IMC was able to complete both core and shell and tenant fit-out in 12 months. EEI served as the Geotechnical Engineer of Record throughout the project development and performed all of the Construction Monitoring services. EEI is pleased to be part of such a dynamic project for our region.
