Scope Of Work
Located on West Germantown Pike in East Norriton Township, the new medical center will be a five-story, 363,000 square foot hospital with 146 patient beds – 96 medical/surgical beds; a 22-bed intensive care unit; a 20-bed obstetrical unit; and an eight-bed neonatal intensive care unit. The campus will include an adjoining two-story, 75,000 square foot medical office building with convenient, on-site access to primary care practices and specialists. EEI took a series of tests (infiltration and boring tests) in order to provide to the owner of the project more information on the land the medical center will be built on.
