Scope Of Work
Aspire Smart Health will soon open the new $35 million CLIO Health facility in Lancaster, PA. The proposed building consists of a four-story, approximately 144,000 square-foot health care facility that will be located at the former Lancaster Stockyards. CLIO Health will provide the latest technologies in health care and create over 100 new jobs. EEI performed the investigation of the 5 acre site on behalf of the developer Brook Farms Development II LLC. The investigation included test borings to aid in building foundation design. EEI also provided infiltration testing for stormwater management design.
EEI recently finished performing construction inspection and monitoring services on behalf of the Funk-Beiler Construction Joint Venture. Services include compaction testing during fill placement, caisson inspection, concrete, mortar and grout testing, structural steel inspection and asphalt density testing.
