Scope Of Work
The Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia Service and Logistics Center is a 175,000 square foot building that will be the first in the country to provide centralized services for supply chain, sterile processing, food and nutrition, bed management, environmental services, linen, clinical engineering, IT/IS and facilities. Construction began in late 2020 and is planned to be finished in 2022.
EEI is currently performing construction inspection and monitoring services on behalf of the Northwood Construction Inc.. Services include compaction testing during fill placement, Controlled Modulus Columns (CMCs) inspection, concrete, mortar and grout testing, structural steel inspection and asphalt density testing.
