Scope Of Work
A new two-story Medical Office Building with a basement was constructed for Central Bucks Urology. The building consists of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of medical office space. The facility is located at 102 Progress Drive in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, less than 1 mile from Delaware Valley College. EEI performed a geotechnical investigation, analyses and report for the Owners. We also provided quality control and inspection serviced during the construction of the facility.
