Scope Of Work
Located in Malvern, PA, Atwater is the site of a retired lime quarry that now hosts residential housing, industrial parks, shopping, and dining on a 70-acre lake. Developed by Trammell Crow Company, the 388-acre site offers walking trails, a dog park, and is in close proximity to Philadelphia, West Chester, and King of Prussia proximal to the slip ramp to the PA Turnpike. EEI contributed to the success of several sites at Atwater.
Echo Lake by Sage Senior Living is a $60 million, 250-apartment complex. The complex includes classroom space, medical officers, physical therapy space, and an underground parking garage. EEI completed a geotechnical investigation and is currently performing construction inspection services for the development of the site.
IFM efector USA, a manufacturer of industrial sensors and control products, recently relocated to a 45,000-square-foot building at Atwater. The building has a technologically innovative design which included glass walls and an open layout. EEI performed a geotechnical investigation including infiltration testing and construction inspection services.
In addition to the projects listed above EEI preformed geotechnical investigation work for the preplanning of the South Side before it was turned over to residential and for the yet to be developed Lot 15. EEI also provided services for the high-profile Endo Health Solutions’ new World Headquarters at Atwater.
