Scope Of Work
Scope of Work: Revitalize the existing park building that has been vandalized by repairing Fire Damage and by repairing other miscellaneous damage building. Add new 780 Square Foot office area to the existing building. Re-purpose the existing recreation building for use as a Boys/Girls Club. Provide new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Provide new finishes. Provide minimum site improvements to adapt to immediate existing site to the new building addition. Update the existing building to comply with current accessibility codes. Update the site path-of-travel and parking to comply with current accessibility codes. Provide asbestos and lead-based paint abatement per specifications.
