Scope Of Work
Scope of Work: Contractor agrees to provide all labor, material, and equipment needed to fully and adequately complete the refurbishing of the existing Covina City Hall restrooms emergency project as per plans. Including but not limited to all demolition, framing, sub-floors, waterproofing, doors, frames, hardware, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, flooring, tile, toilet accessories, partitions, signs, and hardware as per plans.
