The Exact Electric team just remodeled a condo in the Bellevue Tower on NE 4th Street in Bellevue.

Saul Lopez of Urbinteriors has a lot of experience remodeling condos and we were very excited about the opportunity to work with him again. The project began from a drawing Saul showed us by the owner, which illustrated what was desired of the space. We were able to take what the owner wanted and carry it out to create an upscale, fresh, and modern looking residence.
The remodel required us to install a lot of LED wafer lighting, which elevated the space and gave it an instant refresh.
The LED wafer lighting was nicely finished with a flush look against the ceiling. Wafer lights look like cans and fit in areas where there are not room for cans. They give a recessed lighting feel but fit flatter than recessed lighting, which makes it a great choice for smaller spaces that require a modern look and feel. LED lighting is also cost-efficient.
In the bedrooms, we installed two ceiling fans, more wafer lighting, and sconces by each night table. We added receptacles (often referred to as outlets) and moved data wiring for the TV.
We added a piece of conduit in the wall so the owner could put the electrical components in the office. Putting a raceway in between the two rooms made it so the components were out of sight in the living room, giving it a much cleaner, sleeker look.
We also swapped out the light fixtures in the dining room and office.
On the island in the kitchen, we removed the pendants and wired and installed wafer lighting there as well.
