Demolition:
Mobilize manpower & equipment
Demo & remove carpet flooring, tile flooring & portions of flooring adhesives
Demo & remove existing GWB partitions as indicated, reception desk, concrete/pan deck stairs & railings & suspended bulkhead/ceiling system
Demo & remove brick pavers, doors & frames, ACT ceiling, drywall, CMU/brick wall sections & interior & exterior stairs
Demo & remove steel column
Demo & remove portion of existing roof/parapet, non-structural angled piers & store front system
Saw cut & remove 6″ max depth concrete & excavate for openings
excavate & export soils to rough finish elevation
