Access Contracting Group was awarded the opportunity by Whiting-Turner to tear down the existing Tease Me Salon in Towson, MD.
Demolition:
Mobilize manpower and equipment
Obtain necessary permits
Make safe all electrical, plumbing and mechanical lines
Demolish existing building
Transport debris to approved landfill/recycling center
Utilize fire hydrant tap/permit for dust control
Remove & recycle debris to fullest extent
Remove & recycle concrete slabs/footers/foundations
Work to be in single phase mobilization
