Access Demolition has several Target’s within the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are proud to have worked with both Groom Construction & L.F. Jennings to complete the following Target demolition projects.
Target Gaithersburg – Groom Construction
Target Washington, DC – Groom Construction
Target Forestville – L.F. Jennings

Demolition:
Each location has a different Scope of Work, below is a general list of things we have done.
Mobilize manpower & equipment
Demo & remove walls, plywood, partitions at guest services
Demo & remove wall/floor tile, floor adhesives & grout in restrooms
Demo & remove guest services & restrooms as indicated
Demo & remove restroom fixtures, partitions, sinks, cabinets & accessories
Demo & remove guest services fixtures, counters & cabinets
MEP’s to be cut, capped & made safe
Remove gypsum board ceiling
Removal of all demo debris
Salvage items & protection by others
