Scope Of Work
Access Contracting Group was awarded the opportunity to dismantle a Parking structure for the National Security Agency through the General Contractor Chugach Government Solutions. This project was completed in 30 days instead of the 60 days given to us. Thank you, Chugach, for allowing us to complete this project and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Demolition:
Mobilize manpower & equipment
Install temporary chain link site fence on perimeter of work area
Remove & dispose of all signage/supports
Remove & recycle chain link fencing
Remove all electrical equipment, wiring & conduit
Remove all trench drains, plumbing, downspouts, & standpipes
Disassemble & remove all stairs & railings
Saw cut seam of concrete decks to release fasteners
Rig & pick concrete panels using 100 Ton crane truck
Place deck sections on flatbed semi trailer to hauled off site immediately
Unbolt & remove structural steel framing
Column base anchors shall be cut flush & driven below existing asphalt to eliminate trip hazard
Remove & dispose of perimeter bollards as indicated on drawings
Remove & dispose of concrete ramp structure & associated footing
Back fill & compact depressions left from structure removal with RC-6 material
Project dust control measures for demolition work
