Scope Of Work
Access Demolition was awarded the opportunity to completely tear down an existing building in Gaithersburg, MD to make way for a new MegaMart.
Demolition:
Provide permit for tear down of building
Provide & install construction fence around building
Provide & install 18” Filter Log & inlet protection
Mobilize manpower & equipment
Demolish existing two story building, Approx. 24,000 SF
Separate & recycle debris to fullest extent possible
Transport all debris generated to approved facilities
Rough grade existing soils/sub-base to eliminate voids left from foundation removal
Maintain cleanliness of site & street
Work in one phase/mobilization
