Scope Of Work
Abatement:
- Install appropriate engineering controls
- Remove and dispose of ACM tiles and mastic
- Provide IH services
Demolition:
- Demo/remove ceiling system, lighting, diffusers, misc items in ceiling
- Demo/remove drywall/cmu partitions and doors/frames
- Demo/remove mezzanine structure, salvage timbers
- Work to be in one phase
Concrete:
- Fill normal pits with #2 stone
- Install 1/2" rebar dowells in infill areas
- Pour 3000psi concrete, trough finish
