Scope Of Work
Access Mold & Fire Restoration was awarded the opportunity to perform mold remediation on multiple units at Jericho in Hyattsville, MD.
Mold Remediation:
- Multiple 2000 M air scrubbers with negative pressure set up on multiple floors through out the building
- HEPA sandwich technique was used
- 3 step cleaning process
- HEPA Vacuum> anti-microbial agent used> HEPA Vacuum
- 3 step cleaning process
- Remove & dispose of Hazardous material outlined in IH report
- Removed affected drywall on multiple units/floors
- Encapsulation was used when necessary based on IH report
- Decontamination units were set around multiple floors in the building
- Man lift was used to get trash out of building
