Access Contracting Group was awarded the opportunity to raze this out of use church/funeral home in Catonsville, MD for Good Shepherd Church.
Demolition:
- Mobilize manpower & equipment
- Demolish existing structure (2 story - approx. 6200 SF with basement)
- Separate & recycle debris to the fullest extent possible
- Transport & dispose of all debris generated to approved facility
- Provide hydrant tap & permit for water usage during demolition activities
- Work to be in one phase/mobilization
