Scope Of Work

Access Demolition has been awarded five Aldi projects, thus far.  Each projects has had a different scope of work, which Access has taken on while finishing on time & within budget.  We would like to thank everyone who has given us the opportunity to work at the following locations:

Aldi – Clinton, MD – Integrated Properties

Aldi – Baltimore, MD – Teel Construction

Aldi – Oxon Hill, MD – Teel Construction

Aldi – Ashburn, VA – Teel Construction

Demolition:

Mobilize manpower & equipment

Demo & removal of interior gypsum board partition walls

Remove ACT Ceiling, hanging signage, light fixtures, hardware, doors & frames

Demo & remove exterior columns, section of brick, concrete bumpers, pillars & entrance tower

Demo & remove bollards, cart posts, storefront windows & exterior wall & framing

Demo & remove metal roof edge, roof top equipment & parapet 

Demo & remove double layer of VCT flooring & existing ceiling system 

Abatement:

Project Design

Provide permits and notifications for abatement work

Set up containment to state & EPA regulation

Removal of ACM floor tile, plaster walls & ceilings

Saw Cutting:

Saw cut & removal of 5′ x 87′ slab of asphalt

Saw cut & remove concrete where indicated for new work
