Scope Of Work

Demolition & Abatement of 45,000 SF Ainger Place Apartments in Washington, DC.  

Demolition & Abatement:

  • Provide labor Wage Rates for DC170003 for raze demolition & abatement
  • Provide First Source labor per contract
  • Provide Section 3 labor for duration of project
  • Provide equipment & material for raze demolition & abatement
  • MEP's made safe & capped by others
  • Removal of MEP's from building to existing main where capped
  • Remove & dispose of all PCB's with waste manifest per EPA & RCRA guidelines
  • Remove existing sidewalk
  • Remove concrete pavement
  • Remove asphalt pavement
  • Remove existing brick wall
  • Remove existing steps
  • Remove fence
  • Remove gravel parking lot
  • Abate & remove hazardous material list in PT Consultants, Inc. report 
  • Provide IH for area monitoring and final air clearance 
  • Remove and dispose of asbestos debris off site
  • Remove and dispose of generated construction debris off site
  • Provide closing documents to include waste manifest & air monitoring reports
