Scope Of Work
This hospital location will be demolished and built into an apartment complex.
DEMO: We will gut 5 floors, demolish a portion of the building completely, and saw/cut portion of exterior building/remove roll down gate.
ABATEMENT: Multiple asbestos containing material based on Hazardous Building Material Survey by ATC dated 4/16/2012 & 700 Constitution Avenue Asbestos Survey by DCC dated 10/14/2013.
