Scope Of Work
- Demolish and remove 110,000 sqft of mezzanine deck that consists of 4″ concrete on metal pan deck
- Demolish and remove mezzanine steel bar joists (associated steel column demolition by others)
- Demolish and remove stairs and railings associated with mezzanine
- Demolish and remove existing office area complete (select walls to remain per plans)
- Chip out existing infill concrete around approximately 133 column bases to facilitate column removal below grade by others
