Building Improvements
- Removal of hazardous materials and cleaning of building crawl spaces.
- New building addition above the FEMA flood level to house: new boiler -generator, new CT cabinet, automatic transfer switch, new instantaneous hot water heater, hot water tank and backflow preventer and new house trap and backwater valves.
- New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems located above the FEMA flood level.
- Roof replacement.
- Replacement or repairs of doors, door frames, and hardware damaged by water.
- Replacement of the electrical conduits and plumbing pipes damaged by water located at crawl space level.
