Scope Of Work
In July of 2010, one of our salesmen happened to walk into the offices of Maryland Homebuilders. When he announced that he worked for a cast stone company, he was immediately whisked in to meet with representatives of ABC's hit show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, who happened to be there at the time. When our salesman learned that they were in desperate need of cast stone banding and window surrounds for a project they were doing in Baltimore, he immediately put things in motion. In just five days, we produced over $6,000 worth of cast stone and donated it to the project.
Today, the new Boys Hope/Girls Hope building provides seven at-risk children with a stable home and high-quality education. We are thrilled that our salesman happened to be in the right place at the right time to enable us to participate in this crucial community-building project.
