Scope Of Work
SBI is excited to partner with Monterey Kimberly Place on a 212 unit condominium conversion with major interior rehabilitation including new electrical systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical systems. New drywall-firewalls and all new millwork were added as well as new granite and tile countertops. Moderate exterior rehabilitation was performed including window replacement, mature landscaping, and new trash enclosures.
