Scope Of Work
Kiel Court is a 34 unit multi-family condo project built in Sunnyvale, CA. This modern style construction provided many challenges as a design/build project to maintain the clean appearance for this type of architecture. Homebuyers were provided options on their custom cabinets, tile floors and walls, solid surfacing and flooring. Each unit has its own deeded garage with finished drywall.
