Scope Of Work
Callahan Apartments incorporates the addition of 10 new apartment units, four stand-alone garage buildings, conversion of four 1-bedroom into two 4-bedroom units, exterior rehabilitation of 50 apartments, new infrastructure, and hardscape to accommodate the additional units, along with new design/build landscaping for the entire site.
