Our Story

Total Site Development, Inc., was conceived in 1994 when Michael Tyson, present owner, and two of the area’s prominent developers/builders joined together to establish Total Site Development. Their main objective was to create a company that would ensure that each project be a success for everyone involved. A joint effort between a land developer, a site improvement contractor and a builder was a perfect fit for all three owners. Total Site Development, Inc. grew beyond everyone’s expectations. In 2000, Michael Tyson bought sole ownership of the company and continues to operate as a site improvement contractor, with the advantage of having a unique insight into the needs of the developer and builder. This insight enables Total Site Development, Inc. to help as part of the team to bring projects to a successful completion within budget and on time.

Our fleet maintenance is a priority. Every piece of equipment is serviced regularly minimizing potential problems that cause equipment downtime and production delays. We are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Another key component in the day-to-day construction operations is mobilization. We know the importance of mobilization and realize it is essential to customer satisfaction, specifically providing reliable and immediate support to every job.

Total Site Development, Inc. is proud of our longstanding reputation for quality work and professional expertise. Our main concern is to develop and maintain client relationships which will last for years. Testimony to this is that 70% of our work comes from repeat customers.
