Corporate Overview

Twin Peaks, Inc. is a three pronged entity providing Special Inspections, Technical Consulting Services Materials Testing Services licensed through the NYC Building Department as a Concrete Testing Laboratory and Special Inspection Agency. Founded in April of 1992 Twin Peaks, Inc. has been providing these services to the Tri-State area for over 20 years and hold certifications through the International Accreditation S (IAS), American Association of Streets Highways and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), and Cement & Concrete Reference Laboratories (CCRL). We have designed our services to meet the present and future needs of the Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, General Contractor, and Property Owner communities. We at Twin Peaks, Inc. pride ourselves on our ability to provide our services with the utmost quality, integrity, and honesty which our clients, and the construction community at large, have come to expect. From the owner and CEO of Twin Peaks, Inc. Mr. Jerry Agajian down to our Field Technicians we are dedicated to providing services that meet the most basic and essential code requirement of safe guarding the public safety, health and welfare.

 

Manpower, Equipment & Laboratory??

Twin Peaks, Inc employs over 70 engineers, inspectors, and technicians who are highly certified through the American Welding Society (AWS), International Code Council (ICC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET). Our dedicated staff has access to state of the art equipment to provide proper and accurate testing for all facets of the construction process. From density testing of foundation soils/sub-grade (nuclear gauge and/or sand cone), to Ultrasonic Testing of welded joints our equipment is calibrated and inspected to all applicable codes and standards as set forth by such agencies as AASHTO, AMRL, ASNT and others. Our state of the art Laboratory facilities provides timely and accurate results for all material testing and can tailor the reporting of those results to job specific requirements. Our laboratory staff prides themselves on their ongoing certification through AMRL, AASHTO, and CCRL as well as complying with the NYCDOB, DDC, Port Authority of NY and NJ, MTA and TBTA requirements.
