Scope Of Work
Baker Heights is a master-planned community in the Delta neighborhood of Everett, WA which proposes a mixed-use development concept that may include townhomes, apartments, and storefronts over the next decade. The community will strive to provide more affordable housing opportunities to the locals of Everett while also allowing opportunities for a convenient work-live environment complete with businesses, parks, trails, and other highly desired amenities worked into the design plan. AMS installed and provided HVAC services and equipment for Baker Heights Legacy Buildings A, B, C, and D.
