Our Story

 

Mechanical Design & Installation LLC (M.D.I.) specializes in the design and installation of mechanical systems. Our firm can take any project from concept through completion for Fire Sprinkler & Plumbing trades.

We are a non affiliated, open employment contractor working on both  public and private projects including prevailing wage. 

We are a certified  Minority Business Enterprise Company (MBE) as well as a Certfified Public Works Contractor.

MDI has a first-rate design engineering staff and NFPA code review group for all fire protection systems. All systems are designed in house as per NFPA, IBC, state and local code requirements on AutoCAD design sytem with hydraulic calculations for wet systems, dry systems, deluge systems, pre-action systems, design engineering.

Our corporate licensed professional engineer will review, approve, sign and seal each project. MDI's field personnel are highly trained and qualified fire sprinkler/plumbing mechanics with many years of experience in their trade. Our corporate personnel are experts in all types mechanical systems.
