Scope Of Work
This new bank building has won numerous awards both national and local for its masonry and stone work and architectural design.
This project began as a lot containing a gas station complete with underground gas tanks. The tanks and ground around them needed to be removed. It took 18 months of planning and coordination with the architects and owner before groundbreaking. After successfully obtaining the construction permit, the building was completed in 10 months. Change Orders were held to less than 1% of the total budget and with careful management, there was a savings in excess of $250,000 on the equipment and furniture.
The new building was completed on time. This bank project has been described as the most successful and smooth running project in the Wintrust system of over 32 banks.
