Scope Of Work
Lawdensky Construction Co Inc was hired to construct this new masonry building. There were several existing conditions. These included a tight work space due to buildings located on 2 sides of the construction site and Cardinal Health employees needing access to sidewalks and doorway entrances at all times. All piping was being installed underground for the new pumps and Motor Control Center for the existing cooling tower. This construction required careful and constant coordination between the mechanical and electrical trades.
This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
