Scope Of Work
This was a build out for the Department of Veteran's Affairs who wanted to move in to their leased space ahead of the scheduled contract completion date in order to save money. Strict security standards were required and met. Complications included the owner ordering and receiving their new furniture late AND the government shut down where only key personnel were "on the job.". After substantial completion, additional security work was added to the scope of the original project.
This 15,000 sq ft office space for 100+ employees was completed ahead of schedule despite the gvernment shut down.
