Scope Of Work
Project was a 30,000 sq ft build out to an existing 100,000 sq ft data center for the new tenant - Google. There were multiple issues to be addressed. These issues included tight security, no downtime, no loss of existing data, job coordination with multiple trades, and a 9 month time frame. New electrical and HVAC systems were tied to the existing systems with no loss of power or cooling. With careful review and value engineering, the electrical and HVAC systens were brought in under budget Daily job coordination and supervision of 40+ tradesmen completed this project on time.
