Michigan Climate Control Inc. is a family owned company that has been operating since 1982 and began as a local heating and cooling company for the Macomb County area residential customers. We have, since then, been servicing all of Macomb County and most of Wayne and Oakland County as well, in not only residential and new construction, but commercial, industrial and design build projects as well. The customer base has gone up drastically over the years, and still maintained the quality customer service that started the company thirty years ago.
We take pride in quality workmanship, timely job completion and owner participation at all levels of performance as well as the service of our employees on the road and in the office. We offer service contracts to not only commercial and industrial customers, but our residential customers as well. These service contracts include seasonal tune-ups that are necessary twice a year aside from any service calls or other maintenance customers may have.
