Scope Of Work
Waters Construction Co is currently revitalizing the condominium association of L'Hermitage in Shelton, CT. Their need for new roadways and driveways as well as curbing enhances both safety, and effortless weather control, along with providing an aesthetically pleasing landscape.
Waters has gone through and removed all of the exisitng pavement, regraded the exsisting subbase and placed the parking areas, roadways and driveways with new asphalt. In addition, all new catch basins allow for more uniform drainage as well as a safer clearing of unwanted waters and debris. Finally, L'Hermitage will recieve all new asphalt curbs, which will also help with draining, easier weather control and a more defined, elegant landscape.
