Sam is the energetic spirit and momentum that unites GSD. A natural communicator with 13 years combined business and construction experience, Sam sustains client relationships and outreach. His professional yet personal approach is proof great partnerships still start with a handshake.

Maggie is the frontline representative of the team and crucial to our behind-the-scenes operations. She interacts daily with clients and industry partners, managing accounting and risk assessment. With +4 years of human resources and construction experience, she is adept at handling all elements of subcontractor relations. Maggie is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
