It is with great sadness to report that my father, entrepreneur and a pioneer in the industrial vacuuming industry, Gus, passed away early in 2018. Despite the loss of the this wonderful father, husband and business man, my brother and I are left with the challenges of running the business and all that comes with it.  He will be forever loved and missed.     

We take immense pride in our family owned and operated industrial vacuuming company started in 1969 by Gus Riccioni and his loving wife of 48 years, Valerie. He designed and hand built a fan-driven vacuum truck mounted on a flat- bed Chevy, which was one of the first of its kind. And from there the "suck truck" was born.  

When G. Riccioni, Jr. & Sons opened its doors, our primary mission was to provide vacuum services to the coal industry. However, just as the coal industry evolved over the years so have our services.

More than just a vac truck rental company, G. Riccioni, Jr. & Sons will work with you from initial job set-up and troubleshooting through job completion. Environmental consulting is also available. We can provide confined space certified labor from start to finish with all the necessary certifications including the OSHA required HAZWOPER 40 hour training. 

Our vac trucks are capable of vacuuming wet or dry material from 400+ feet away. We can vac and dump on-site or into 55” gallon drums, or into 20-30 yard vac containers to haul and dump off-site. We also provide high pressure jetting/water blasting in which we can jet up to 18" diameter underground piping to unblock drainage lines or preventative maintenance. We have also pioneered "soft digging" in which we use high pressure water or air and "dig" around underground utilities to prevent damage.
