Scope Of Work
We replaced a rooftop chiller that had not worked in a long time. We sourced a new chiller that would work for this situation and fit the parameters of the building.
We handled the logistics of the installation. Due to this unit being in the center of a high school roof, the reach for a crane was over 200 feet, so we used a helicopter to remove the old unit and pick the new unit and set it in place.
We then replaced the 4" supply and return piping on the roof, and heat traced and insulated the piping and valves. Our electrician also replaced the electric for this unit.
We started up the unit and the school was very happy with their new cooling system.
