Scope Of Work
This 24 story mixed use building was erected simultaneously with a seven story project to the north, so as-built surveys and monitoring surveys were important at the start of the project. Manhattan Land Surveying & Engineering provided property line surveys to locate adjacent foundation walls, established axis lines and benchmarks, performed foundation as-built surveys, floor slab surveys and sidewalk surveys.
