Scope Of Work
Document existing conditions of all Retaining walls over 4’ in height. Create detail laser scan point cloud of over 2500’ of wall face. Some portions of the walls reached 20’ in height from the base. 32 individual scans formed together for one giant cloud consisting of over 50 million points. Yearly monitoring of the wall may be necessary or if a portion of the wall collapses the Association can take legal ramifications against the General Contractor who built the walls. A detailed scan of the exact location of were the walls are built is now frozen in time in our scan. Technique used for this project includes a closed loop traverse from Robotic Total Station and multiple resections with a Laser Scanner.
