Scope Of Work
This project was in a 1920's building and the client wanted to retain the character of the building. They had to add brick to the walls and they weren't the color the client wanted. We came in and added some dye to the walls and sealed them to give the client the color they wanted. We also stained the floors and sealed them with a matte finish. While we could have microtopped the floor and hidden all the marks and stains in the floor, the client wanted the history of the floor to show through. On a side note, they took the old bead board ceiling that was in many colors and sealed the paint (to protect from lead) and used it for the wainscotting. The project is a shining example of using what you have on hand.
