Nicolas Rivero built his strengths and understanding of the plumbing industry over the course of a career that currently spans more than 40 years. Starting as an apprentice plumber, Mr. Rivero's talents and accomplishments quickly had him running his own multi million dollar company. WIth 2 locations, one in Elizabeth NJ and one in Newark NJ, as an MBE he has been awarded projects ranging from Commercial, Single and Multi Family residential, Industrial, Senior Housing Development and Educational facilities.

Mr. Rivero's oversight of the firm's process flow, human resource management and budget efficiencies are driven by his commitment to client satisfaction. His diversified background and leadership enables him to guide the AGS team to continued growth and success.

Carlos joined AGS in 2000. As a Project Superintendent and Estimator with over 14 years experience, Mr. Batista is responsible for the overall success of the field operations, scheduling and coordination of all  field activities, expediting materials and equipment, and monitoring the project schedule and budget. He is also responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive site logistics plan, ensuring the safety of the workers, and interfacing with the Project Owner(s) and General Contractor(s) on a day-to-day basis. He's been involved in all on-site construction such as layout, roughing and finish work.

Carlos' project management expertise varies from commercial, single and multiple residential housing, Industrial, Senior Housing Development, high-end retail and educational institutions.  He has produced excellent product in all phases of the Plumbing industry.

Leanne Collado joined AGS in October 2013. As a Project Administrator to the AGS team. Leanne is involved in projects from the bidding stage through close-out. She coordinates the work on the preparation of bid documents including certifications, insurance and bonding, and works with the Estimating department for additional input of bid requirements.

On award of contracts, Leanne handles the receipt of plans, submittals and permits, and oversees all aspects of documentation. As the project progresses, she prepares and executes all correspondence regarding the project, at the direction of the project manager, through to close-out.
