We have two partner’s Randy Chilldres and Derick Moore. Between the two of them their wide range of experience is what makes our company the best glass shop for your money.

Randy’s glass experience dates back to 1984. For ten years he learned all aspects of high rise buildings, tilt ups, curtain walls with the Union Glazier’s #636 in the Los Angeles County area

From there he went to work in the beautiful Santa Barbara County area to become the leading Frameless Shower Enclosure installer in high end homes throughout the exclusive Santa Barbara, Montecito and Hope Ranch area. For ten years he excelled in all aspects of high end home remodeling with anything involving shower enclosures, steam units, custom glass orders, mirror’s and windows, even the prestigious Hope’s Window’s.

Then he returned to the more commercial side of his trade to become an expert at commercial storefront.

Derick started in his field at an early age and has mastered a wide variety of skills in the glazing trade.

His first job was in the Camarillo area learning the aspects of residential work. From there he moved on to Simi Valley to learn the commercial side of his field of interest.

He is one of those few that don’t believe in just staying with status quo, but to excel to perfection through constant learning and teaching his crews’.

He is also one of the few glaziers’ in the area to master the artistic side of stained glass. Stained glass is time consuming and expensive but what nice piece of artwork isn’t?

For fourteen years he worked his way up from apprentice to top in his field. With an unending appetite to learn all aspects of his trade he has become a leader in his field. Now being a business owner, he thrives on teaching his crews the importance of the constant need for attention to all the little details to reach perfection for our clients. Also learning the unending details in being a business owner in this internet age, he is the best.

Laura Chilldres is our esteemed Office Manager and her middle name is multi- task, because she covers all aspects of our growing business needs with a smile.
