Scope Of Work
B.R. Fries provided preconstruction services, including budgeting, value engineering, estimating, scheduling and constructability expertise, and served as general contractor for multiple outpatient facilities at various locations.
Our projects included:
Diabetes Ambulatory Care – Foot & Ankle Care and Wound Clinics
Behavior Clinics
Initiative for Women with Disabilities
Services included upgrade of MEP systems, construction of new entrances, exam rooms, diagnostic radiology rooms, reception and waiting areas, offices and clinical support space, and kitchens and restrooms that comply with AIA Guidelines, Article 28, NYS DOH, ADA, HIPAA, DOT and all pertinent NYC Codes.
