Scope Of Work
Geothermal heating and cooling was installed in the University of Maryland President's Residency in August 2012. Eleven 1.25 inch Geothermal loops at a depth of 455 ft were drilled and installed. The renovations and Geothermal installation fixed the issue of inneffective heating and cooling that burdened the residency, as well as acheiving LEED Gold status, as determined by the U.S Green Building Council.
