Scope Of Work
Two Buildings in Bethesda upgraded their HVAC systems to improve their energy efficiencies. Bethesda Building #11 and #56 implemented geothermal heating and cooling. 88 1.25 inch Geothermal loops are to be drilled and installed at a depth of 500 ft. All necessary pipe and fittings are to run geothermal supply and return lines from bores to vault. The project includes an HDPE Vault on Building #11.
