Rose Metal Buildings

I formed Rose Metal Systems, Inc (RMS) in 1994. Since then RMS has constructed over 600 metal building systems totaling more than 20 Million square feet throughout PA, MD and NJ. RMS is an independent erector of metal building systems as well as a supplier of Nucor Buildings and Corle Buildings. Because I own many commercial and industrial buildings myself, I am committed to providing the best advice and guidance possible to general contractors and building owners. 

Recently I have worked to solve a regional transportation problem which will improve safety and mobility in the Carlisle, PA area. My efforts to form a public private partnership to improve infrastructure assets in South Middleton Township have resulted in 2.6M in recently announced Commonwealth Grants. I am committed to providing the leadership necessary to finalize the design and begin construction of the nearly one mile long connector road to solve the split interchange problem at I-81 exits 48 and 49. The project will provide the foundation for responsible economic growth at the eastern end of Carlisle for decades to come.
