Scope Of Work
Timber ash construction with sleepers and hardwood floors.
Contractor removed the Hardwood floors and sleepers.
We then encapsulated the ash on a prefill to create a sold surface.
Dow score board added in areas of 3" or greater to limit adding weight to building
2" of Levelrock 3500 w/ fiber used so a LVT floor could be installed.
